Description
TOUCH NEON BASE is a collection of incredibly juicy base colors. Rich shades, look great both with a white/milky base and without it. Neon base easily replaces neon gel polish coating and thus saves the master's time. An ideal solution in the summer. Has good self-leveling properties. Camouflages and hides irregularities of the nail plate. It has 11 shades.
Presented in a volume of 13 ml.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
- surface buffing with 180 grit;
- degreasing the nail plate with fresher;
- applying a dehydrator;
- applying ultrabond/primer with a semi-dry brush to the end of the nail, without touching the skin;
- apply RUBBER BASE in a thin layer;
- dry in a lamp for 60 seconds;
- remove the sticky layer;
- apply 1 thin layer and dry in a lamp for 60 seconds;
- apply 2nd layer with minimal leveling and dry for 120 seconds.
FEATURES:
The maximum thickness in the apex area should not exceed 1 mm. If the nails are longer than average, then we recommend first strengthening with a hard material, and then applying TOUCH NEON BASE. We do not recommend using standard leveling with a large drop of material. We recommend covering with TOP NO UV.
Drying time: in a 48W LED lamp - 120 seconds.
Ingredients: Di-Hema Trimethylhexyl
Dicarbamate, Hema, Isobornyl Methacrylate, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate.
