TOUCH TOP FLASH a finishing top coat infused with millions of tiny reflective particles. Its dense consistency ensures smooth application without running or streaking. Delivers an incredible nail effect: subtle shimmer in daylight and a dazzling shine under artificial light.
Available in 13 ml.
