But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first 3 days.

Product returns
The buyer has the right under Czech law to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product to the seller within 14 days from receipt, provided that the product does not fall into categories that cannot be returned for hygiene or other reasons.
