Lunamoon Elegant Light Acrygel

• Acid-free, medium consistency.
• They have medium pigmentation, covering the free edge.
• They are suitable only for strengthening and nail restorations.
• They have good cushioning.
• When strengthening nails with gels, it is necessary to first buff natural nails.
• You need a base coat with Rubber Base LUNAmoon.
• In addition, gels can be heated, in order to obtain a smoother consistency for faster styling.
• The allowable thickness of coverage is 0.5 mm on the edge of the nail, 1 mm on the apex.
• It is a symbiosis of polygel and base coat, consisting mainly of acrylic copolymers (60–80%), functional hybrid base components, pigments and stabilizing additives, which allows such gels to completely replace base coats.

Applying Method

STRENGTHENING
1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm of length, which will be refined after leveling.
3. Using a 220-grit file, gently file the surface of the nail without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after use.
6. Degrease the nail using LUNAmoon Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: wrap a wipe around an orange stick and clean the cuticle area and sidewalls thoroughly.
7. Primer is optional, but if the base used as a substrate has sufficient acidity, it is not required.
8. It is best to apply the Rubber Base LUNAmoon substrate using a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. Cover all sidewalls and cure in a lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Remove the sticky layer.
10. Level the surface. If leveling with gel, keep a distance of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Cure in a lamp for 60 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the edge of the nail to support the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so it is necessary to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. This prevents lifting of the material. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the natural nail may start separating from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, remove the sticky layer and apply gel polish.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing, as this may reduce the shine.
