The ‘FREE FOOT’ function
In most router bits, the handle is operated only by constantly pressing the pedal, which makes your foot constantly tense and the pedal seems like an unnecessary accessory. When developing the Krypton II, we modernised the pedal. Now it has a pause function. That is, in the foot control mode, you set the operating speed, make one pedal stroke and work. If you need to pause the work, you simply press the pedal again. By pressing the pedal again, the router will continue working at the speed settings you have previously set and save you a lot of time.

PROTECTION+ function - overload protection
The familiar overload protection function has been further developed and improved.
It protects your router from overloading and prevents the router from breaking in cases when you insert the router bit and do not tightly close the lock on the handle or switch on the speed without inserting the router bit. After 3-5 seconds, the router will beep, you will see the error code E4 on the display, and the router will automatically lock to prevent damage to the micromotor or collet.

Also, this function is useful if the size of the router bit is not selected correctly in relation to the set speed. For example, if you are working with a heavy drill bit or pododisc at high speeds for a long time, the drill bit will automatically detect the overload limit, give you an error and stop the work.

All you have to do is pause for a short time to restart the router.
