HEPA carbon filter for BUCOS MUSSON X2, X3 manicure hood is designed to filter the air from dust, odours and harmful compounds. It improves the quality of service, making manicure procedures as hygienic and safe as possible for the health of the master and the client.
HEPA traps particles of nails, hard manicure materials, which can get into the air during filing or milling. Filtering fibre absorbs odours, chemical vapours emitted during application and polarisation of gels, varnishes and other products.
Unlike coarse and fine filters, HEPA traps dust particles even when they lightly touch the filter media. The secret to its effectiveness lies in its multi-layer adhesive-free construction, as well as the use of charcoal in its composition.
- the first layer is for coarse cleaning. It settles large pieces of material that appear in the process of working with a manicure cutter.
- the second layer is made of synthetic fibre. Its task is to hold fine dust.
- the third layer is made of carbon. Its porous adsorbing structure allows to capture the smallest particles and odours. Charcoal breaks down harmful components and retains contaminants.
