Lunamoon Carbide milling cutter "Cone" Green 3.2mm

The carbide cutter "Cone" with a double green notch, has a convenient conical shape, allowing you to work comfortably across the entire surface of the nail as well as in hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to its dual-cut design (longitudinal and transverse), the bit effectively removes artificial material, ensuring smooth operation and even removal without vibration. It is suitable for use even on hard coatings and guarantees consistent results. Each bit undergoes a collet alignment check, ensuring durability and safe use.

The drill bit is made from high-quality tungsten carbide – a material characterised by exceptional strength, wear resistance and a long service life. It does not heat up the nail plate during use.

Caring for carbide cutters:

- Mechanical cleaning after each use using a special brush.
- Soaking in a special solution for cleaning burs and cutters, or cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Ensure the concentration of the disinfectant solution complies with the guidelines (exceeding the concentration may damage the material).
- Sterilisation in a dry heat steriliser is only possible when the bur is dry and at a temperature not exceeding 180°C.
