“Corn” Carbide Nail Drill Bit, Balance Blue, for Left-Handed Users (L), 5.0 mm

The ‘Corn’ carbide bur with blue fluting is shaped to ensure comfort during use and enables quick and even material removal. The cross-shaped fluting operates smoothly, without vibration, ensuring a comfortable experience for the client. The model is designed for left-handed use in the ‘Forward’ direction and is suitable for removing hard and hybrid coatings. Each bur is checked for collet alignment to ensure the smoothest possible operation and maximum durability.

The drill bit is made from high-quality tungsten carbide — a strong and wear-resistant material. The nail plate does not heat up whilst material is being removed.

Caring for carbide cutters:

1. Mechanical cleaning after each use using a special brush.
2. Soaking in a special solution for cleaning burs and cutters, or cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner.
3. Ensure the concentration of the disinfectant solution complies with the guidelines (exceeding the concentration may damage the material).
4. Sterilisation in a dry heat steriliser is only possible if the bur is dry and at a temperature not exceeding 180°C.
