Lunamoon Carbide milling cutter "Corn" blue 5.9mm

The ‘Corn’ carbide bur with blue grooves is shaped like ‘corn’, making it ideal for the quick and effective removal of hard artificial coatings and for corrections. Thanks to its medium abrasiveness and longitudinal and transverse notches, it removes material evenly and safely, does not become clogged during use and ensures smooth operation. The safety tip and optimal thickness of the working part allow for comfortable use without damaging the nail plate. Each bit undergoes a collet alignment check, which guarantees smooth operation and durability.

The drill bit is made from high-quality tungsten carbide – a material characterised by its high strength, wear resistance and long service life. The nail plate does not overheat during the removal of material.

Caring for carbide cutters:

- Mechanical cleaning after each use using a special brush.
- Soaking in a special solution for cleaning burs and cutters, or cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Ensure the concentration of the disinfectant solution complies with the guidelines (exceeding the concentration may damage the material).
- Sterilisation in a dry heat steriliser is only possible when the bur is dry and at a temperature not exceeding 180°C.
