Carbide milling cutter "Corn" Hard Green (L) for Left-Handed people

The ‘Corn’ carbide bur with green notches is shaped like a cob of maize, ensuring efficient removal of artificial material and comfortable adjustment. The cross-shaped fluting allows for smooth, even operation without jerks or vibrations, ensuring the client’s comfort. This model is designed for left-handed use in the ‘Forward’ direction. Each bur is checked for collet alignment to ensure the smoothest possible operation and maximum durability.

The drill bit is made from high-quality tungsten carbide – a strong and wear-resistant material that does not overheat the nail plate whilst removing material and ensures a long service life.

Caring for carbide cutters:

1.   Clean mechanically after each use using a special brush.

2.   Soak in a special solution designed for cleaning drill bits and milling cutters, or clean in an ultrasonic cleaner.

3.   Ensuring that the concentration of the disinfectant solution complies with the guidelines (exceeding the concentration may damage the material).

4.   Sterilisation in a dry heat steriliser is only possible if the drill bit is dry and at a temperature not exceeding 180°C.
