The Touch 2.0 mm ‘cylinder’ diamond bit with blue grooves is a professional attachment designed for precise, controlled work in machine-based and combined manicure/pedicure treatments. Thanks to its narrow diameter, the bit easily reaches hard-to-reach areas, allowing for precise movements and careful work in places where a larger diameter might be less convenient.

Purpose:
- filing a step near the cuticle when applying extensions to upper forms;
- removing pterygium during manicures and pedicures;
- filing away excess material;

Hardness/abrasiveness:
The blue grooves indicate a medium level of abrasiveness, ideal for use on both natural nail plates and artificial materials. It effectively removes excess material, overhangs and unevenness, yet is not overly aggressive, allowing you to work in sensitive areas (near the cuticle and side ridges) provided that pressure and speed are properly controlled. Care of diamond burs:
To ensure the bur retains its abrasive properties for longer, it is important to clean, disinfect and sterilise it properly after each client.
1. After use, clean the bur mechanically using a special brush.
2. If necessary, clean it in an ultrasonic cleaner.
3. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the concentration and exposure time of the disinfectant solution.
4. After disinfection, rinse the bur thoroughly and dry it completely.
5. Only sterilise the instrument when it is dry.
6. Store in a dry place, away from moisture and corrosive chemicals.
Increasing the concentration of the disinfectant solution or incorrect storage may adversely affect the coating on the bur and shorten its service life.
