The 3 sizes are made of white kraft paper of European quality and a transparent film, which is already marked with a class 4 indicator (180C/60 min) exclusively for dried jerky. The transparent side of the bag allows you to see the contents of the bag at a glance, which saves time during use. The bags have an adhesive tape that allows you to use the bag without the use of additional devices. (Self-adhesive) The biggest advantage of our bags is the indicator is applied directly, which is convenient for nail technicians (they do not waste time gluing individual indicators, individual indicator stickers are not lost).
If the steriliser has worked correctly, the external indicator will change colour to the one indicated in the standard, for example, beige will turn purple.

If the indicator shows a negative test result, all instruments processed in this cycle are considered unsterile.

Kraft sterilisation bags contain the following information:
1. product name
2. size
3. name of the manufacturer (trademark)
4. permissible method of sterilisation
5. a warning label about the inadmissibility of use in case of damage to the package
6. explanatory diagram showing how to open the package with scissors
7. the expected colour of the indicator after sterilisation.

The peculiarity of kraft bags is that they allow air molecules to pass through, but at the same time filter out bacteria and other microorganisms.

After sterilisation, the microorganisms inside the bag are killed by high temperature, and no new ones enter the environment after the treatment, which ensures that the instruments remain sterile.

Kraft sterilisation bags are used for air sterilisation of instruments (sterilisation temperature is 160-180°C).

Areas of application

Kraft bags are used in medical institutions, cosmetology, beauty salons for air sterilisation of manicure and medical instruments in dry heat cabinets.

The sterilisation procedure consists of three stages: manual or automatic cleaning of instruments, disinfection of instruments in special solutions, and then sterilisation of dry instruments in a dry heat oven. Paper bags are used in the third step.

Immediately before placing the instruments in the dry heat steriliser, put them in a bag (seal the bag). After the procedure, this set of instruments can be stored until you start working.
