Kraft paper bags for sterilization with an indicator.

Made of kraft paper, density is 70 g/m2.

With the help of indicators, sterilized instruments can be distinguished from non-sterilized ones.

If the sterilizer has worked correctly, the external indicators change color, for example, beige becomes purple.

Indicators are pasted on the area of ​​the kraft package accessible for visual inspection. At the end of the sterilization cycle, the indicator label of each indicator is compared with the color of the reference standard.

If the indicator shows a negative control result, all instruments processed in this cycle are considered non-sterile.

Kraft sterilization packages contain the following information:

1. name of the product
2. size
3. name of the manufacturer (trademark)
4. correct method of sterilization
5. a warning inscription about unacceptable use in case of damage to the package
6. a dark diagram showing dissections of the package with scissors
7. select the color of the indicator that will be used for sterilization.

The peculiarity of kraft bags is that they allow air molecules to pass through, but at the same time they filter bacteria and other microorganisms.

After sterilization at a high temperature, the microorganisms inside the bag die, and after processing, new ones do not come from the outside environment, which ensures the preservation of the sterility of the instruments.

Kraft sterilization bags are used for processing instruments by the air method (sterilization temperature is 160-180C).

• preserves the quality of the material under the influence of high temperatures, the strength and tightness of the packaging do not lose quality

Fields of application

Kraft bags are used in medical institutions, cosmetology, and beauty salons for air sterilization of manicure and medical instruments in dry heat cabinets.

The sterilization procedure consists of three stages: manual or automatic cleaning of tools, disinfection of tools in special solutions and then sterilization of dry tools in a dry oven. Craft packs are used in the third stage.

Immediately before placing the tools in the oven, put them in a bag (seal the bag). After the procedure, this set of tools can be stored immediately before starting work.
