Delivery methods

The delivery time of orders from our store depends on the availability of goods in stock. If at the time of placing the order all the selected goods are in stock, then we will deliver the order within 1-3 days, depending on the remoteness of your city or region. If the ordered goods are not in stock, then the maximum delivery time of the order can be up to 2 weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first 3 days.

Our online store Nailland.cz offers the following delivery methods:

1. Pick-up from the online store

       Pick up your order at the online store address:
       Breitfeldova 709/15, Prague 8, 186 00
       ( Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-17:00, Sun- day off )
       Price: FREE

       Important! If you have chosen personal pickup, please wait for a notification from us confirming that your order is ready for collection.
       Only after that you can come and pick up your order — this way we can guarantee that everything will be ready before your arrival.

2. Zásilkovna (to the branch)

       Delivery to the selected Zásilkovna branch.
       Price: 90 CZK ( for orders over 300 CZK )
       (do not forget to select the branch when placing the order)

3. Zásilkovna (to the address)

       Delivery to the address you specified via Zásilkovna.
       Price: 150 CZK ( for orders over 300 CZK )

4. Balíkovna (to the branch)

       Delivery to the nearest Balíkovna branch.
       Price: 79 CZK ( for orders over 300 CZK )

5. Balíkovna (to the address)

       Courier delivery to your address via Balíkovna.
       Price: 109 CZK ( for orders over 300 CZK )

6. PPL (to the branch)

       Delivery to the nearest PPL branch.
       Price: 80 CZK ( for orders over 300 CZK )

7. PPL (to the address)

       Courier delivery to your address via PPL.
       Price: 110 CZK ( for orders over 300 CZK )

8. Delivery by courier in the city

       Courier delivery in the city of Prague to the specified address.
       Price: 150 CZK, ( for orders over 2000 CZK - FREE )

9. International delivery

       Delivery abroad by international postal services (for example, GLS, PPL, Česká pošta, etc.) is also possible, but this method of delivery is decided
       with the buyer individually (additionally paid) and in accordance with the tariffs of the selected postal service.
