Magnetic Cat Eye gel polishes are gel polishes with a ‘cat’s eye’ effect on a rich, opaque base, enhanced with finely dispersed shimmer.
Magnetic Cat Eye gel polish contains thousands of tiny metallic particles that react perfectly to a magnet, creating unique patterns and vibrant shimmers on the nails. The formula also includes fine shimmer, which works in tandem with the magnetic particles – it fills the space between the main reflections, adds depth and makes the light pattern more vivid and three-dimensional, even under different lighting angles.

The unique Magnetic Cat Eye formula combines two effects – the ‘cat’s eye’ look and a shimmering glow. This combination allows you to create a manicure that impresses with its depth, complexity and beauty – your nails look not just shiny, but almost alive, with a constant play of light.

The “cat’s eye” effect itself is an optical illusion created by the magnetic particles in the gel polish: when exposed to a magnet, they align in a specific direction and form a distinctive strip of light or a pattern resembling a cat’s pupil. Combined with the stained-glass-like transparency of the base and the soft shimmer of the glitter, the result is multi-layered – the light seems to pass through the material rather than simply reflecting off the surface.

Application method:

1. Degrease the nail plate using LUNAmoon’s Nail Prep.
2. Apply Fix Base or Rubber Base. Alternatively, strengthen the nails with LUNAmoon’s gel system. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a coat of Magnetic Cat Eye and create a shimmer using the LUNAmoon magnet. Cure for 60 seconds on full power.
4. If necessary, add a second thin coat. Cure for 60 seconds.
5. Apply the top coat – cure for 120 seconds.

Shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, store for no longer than 18 months.
