Description
Seoul Cat Eye by You Are Cute is a gel polish with a ‘cat’s eye’ effect, inspired by Korean nail aesthetics. Its semi-transparent texture and ultra-fine shimmer create a delicate, silky sheen and a trendy glass-like effect. Under the influence of a magnet, the metallic particles form striking, iridescent reflections.
Variability of the effect:
The final result varies depending on the colour of the background:
- For a weightless ‘Korean’ effect, apply without a primer (over a sheer base).
- For full coverage in a single layer, use a nude primer.
- For a deep, dark effect, use a black primer.
Application method:
1. Remove the tacky layer after levelling with a base coat/gel.
2. Apply Seoul Cat Eye gel polish. Depending on your preference, you can apply either a single coat or two thin coats (especially if the base is transparent). It is advisable to apply the product in a thin layer.
3. Load the brush with the product, paint the centre of the nail, then the sides. Use a fine-line brush to extend the design up to the cuticle.
4. Use a magnet to create a shimmer effect on each applied layer.
5. Cure each layer under a UV/LED lamp (recommended power 36–48W) for 120 seconds.
6. Check with an orange stick to see if the material is completely dry.
7. Apply a top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe the nails after curing, as this may cause the glossy shine to be lost.
Important: Make sure you hold the brush correctly when applying the product, otherwise it may spoil the effect.
Use only a high-quality magnet to achieve a crisp and deep shimmer.

Product returns
