The delivery time of orders from our store depends on the availability of goods in stock. If at the time of placing the order all the selected goods are in stock, then we will deliver the order within 1-3 days, depending on the remoteness of your city or region. If the ordered goods are not in stock, then the maximum delivery time of the order can be up to 2 weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first 3 days.

Product returns
The buyer has the right under Czech law to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product to the seller within 14 days from receipt, provided that the product does not fall into categories that cannot be returned for hygiene or other reasons.
